Handling & Packaging
Every Saibotics cleaning drone is shipped in an aluminum transport case for secure mobility.
Freight Damage & Inspection
To ensure full warranty protection, please follow these steps upon delivery:

Inspect your drone immediately for any visible or concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Report any damage or missing components to Saibotics within five (5) days of receipt.

Failure to report damage within this period may affect your warranty eligibility.

Do not operate the drone before reporting visible damage — using the unit may void warranty coverage.
If shipping damage is verified, Saibotics will coordinate replacement or repair of the affected components according to our warranty policy.
Saibotics Care+ members receive prepaid return shipping labels for verified claims.
Standard warranty customers are responsible for return shipping to the service center; Saibotics covers outbound shipping after repair or replacement.
All verified warranty cases are handled by authorized Saibotics service centers, ensuring components are repaired or replaced to factory standards.
If a part is discontinued, Saibotics will provide an equivalent or upgraded component at its discretion.
